Like last year, we have a tour T-shirt with the names of all of the participants for you to order. In order to make our planning easier, we ask you to order your T-shirt when you register. You will receive the T-shirt right at the beginning of the tournament at the registration, in the size you ordered.

Practice round

Registration:
all players must register between 08 a.m. and 16 p.m. the day before the Championship with the tournament director; if necessary also via phone. Each competitor will receive an information package upon registration. Players who don't register will be excluded from the Championship.

Get together;
opening night in the clubhouse with buffet, DJ and late night shoot out, starting at 6:30 p.m.
In case of good weather on the terrace of the "Herrenhaus". If the weather is bad inside the "Herrenhaus".
Players who have registered for the buffet will receive a weistband at registration.

INFORMATION
Registration
All players must register between 08:00 am and 4:00 pm; if necessary also by telephone with the tournament director. The eligbility is not valid without registration. All players will receive a welcome and information package.
Registered player will receive the obligatory caddie bib against a deposit of 50€

Are displayed on the info-screen in front of the secretariat or can be looked up online at www.hiyo-golf.de

Scoring Area
In the tent next to the stairs of the clubhouse. We ask the players to go there immediately after the round.
Practice balls
On each tournament day, 40 range balls are available to the players free of charge. A code for the ball machine will be handed out at the scorecard distribution.
Trolleys
Trolleys can be lend out of the secretariat.
Golfbag accommodation
Golf bags can be stored in the furnished "Bagdrop" at your own risk.
Dresscode
Jeans are strictly forbidden. Shoes with soft spikes are mandatory. Shirts with collar and sleeves (polo shirt) are to be worn. Shorts for boys should be knee length. Caddies wear shoes with smooth soles.

Drinks
​
Water and apple spritzer, provided by our partner VILSA, are available free of charge for the players at tee 1 and 10. Please deposit empties in the boxes provided (tee 10, 18th green, manor house terrace and scoring area) and do not dispose of them in the waste bins.

Caddies
Caddies (Rule 10.3)

Professionals are not allowed as caddies. For further explanation see "Rules of conduct for caddies". Caddies must wear the caddie-bib issued by our partner, the Porsche European Open, during the entire tournament rounds. A deposit of €50 is payable for that.

Game conditions
The tournament will be played according to the Official Rules of Golf, the Official Handbook of Rules of Golf, the Amateur Statute of the R & A Rules Limited in the versions currently adopted by the DGV and the Tournament Conditions of the Northern Region 2022, the DGV Hardcard 2022, as well as the Official Course Rules for the tournament.

The tournament will be organized on the basis of the World Handicap System.

A passion for golf – be very welcome. Beginners and Pros alike will enjoy the experience of playing a venue that has been home to many international tournaments.
Gut Kaden is well known for its history of Top-Golf Tournaments. Many first-class players have teed off several times - including world's most famous player Tiger Woods.
The former knight's manor now is home of the Golf and Country Club. With its lovingly restored and professionally preserved buildings it is considered one of the most beautiful manors in the north-german county of Holstein.
The grounds expand over some 180 ha (approx. 450 acres). Beautiful old stock of trees and and the meandering river Pinnau create impressive scenic backdrops.
All 27 holes are played on the same lovingly manicured greens throughout the year. The European PGA is providing advice to our Head-Greenkeeper, expertise and attention to detail is visible everywhere on the premises.
